Outlined: a list, directory, booking site or forum. Crossed out: a foreign directory with nothing to do with Sofia. ## Four lessons for dermatologists in Sofia - ### Superdoc is the gatekeeper Superdoc was cited 34 times for our dermatologist questions, more than any other website. A complete Superdoc profile is the first thing a clinic can do. - ### Google's map barely shows up Google showed no map for any of our three Bulgarian dermatologist questions. Only the English one brought a map, with 3 clinics. The assistants filled the gap from directories and clinic websites. - ### Each question has its own leader For a mole check, Клиника ЕвроДерма София (EuroDerma Clinic Sofia) came up in 6 of 9 answers. For the price of a visit, Дерматологична клиника „София“ (Sofia Dermatology Clinic) led with 7, and its site was cited 20 times. In English, Dr. Desislava Nikolaeva led with 7. - ### Seven spellings of one clinic The most named dermatology practice was written seven different ways. Pick one name and use it everywhere. ## What the assistants got wrong - ### Prices in leva - 9 answers still gave the price of a visit in leva, ten months after Bulgaria switched to the euro. ## What clinics in Sofia can do **0** of 7 checked on your site 1. ### Complete your Superdoc profile Superdoc was the most read website, cited 34 times. Keep it identical to your Google profile. 2. ### Make your Google Business Profile complete and exact ChatGPT reads your rating, reviews, hours and address straight from Google Maps. Fill in every field, choose the right categories and keep your hours current. 3. ### Use one name, one phone and one address everywhere In Bulgarian and in Latin letters, identical on your site, Google, Facebook and every directory. Every new spelling splits you in two. 4. ### Give each treatment its own page Mole checks, acne, price of a visit: each question had its own leader. A clear page per treatment gets read. 5. ### Publish your prices in euro, in plain words Price questions were answered from pages that state prices as text. Old prices in leva are still being repeated. 6. ### Add an English page The English question brought a different list almost every time. Say in English what you offer and who speaks English. 7. ### Ask the assistants about yourself every month The four questions on this page are a good start. Fix any wrong fact where it comes from. ## Questions ### Which dermatologist in Sofia does AI recommend? Five were named by all three assistants: AestheLine, Dr. Denkova Dermatology, Dr. Desislava Nikolaeva, Дерматологична клиника „София“ (Sofia Dermatology Clinic) and Клиника ЕвроДерма София (EuroDerma Clinic Sofia). ### How can clinics in Sofia get recommended by ChatGPT? ChatGPT leans on Google Maps, so start with a complete and exact Google Business Profile. Then use one name everywhere, be on the lists the assistants read for your sector, and say plainly on your own site what you do and what it costs, in euro. ### How did you test this? We asked ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the four questions on this page, three times each, on 30 October 2026, and searched the same questions on Google from Sofia.
