# Privacy, plainly.

We are Wonder Works (Wonder Works Design Ltd, УОНДЪР УЪРКС ДИЗАЙН ООД, company number 208531909), ul. Saedinenie 5, 2700 Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. This page covers what we collect and why, in plain English.

## Messages

When you message us on WhatsApp or Viber, email us or call, we use your name, your number or email address and what you tell us to reply and to do the work you ask for. In GDPR terms, that is taking steps you asked for before a contract, and then carrying the contract out. Those conversations stay in WhatsApp, Viber and our Google Workspace email.

We keep them while we're talking and working together, and we keep invoices and contracts for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires. If a conversation didn't lead to work and you'd like it gone, ask and we'll delete it. We don't sell your details or give them to anyone to use for their own purposes, and we don't add you to a newsletter unless you sign up yourself.

## Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email address, and your first name if you give it, in MailerLite, our email service. We do this only because you signed up (your consent, in GDPR terms), and we keep your details until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and once you use it, we stop.

## Visitor numbers and cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't follow you from site to site. We also count how many times the WhatsApp, Viber, email and phone buttons are pressed on each page each day, with nothing that identifies you. There's no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site. Neither count keeps anything that could identify you, so there is nothing about you to store or delete.

## Who handles it for us

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which sees your IP address when it delivers a page and uses it to keep the site running and protected. Messages reach us through WhatsApp (Meta), Viber (Rakuten Viber) and Google Workspace, and newsletter sign-ups are kept in MailerLite. Each of them handles the data under its own security and privacy terms. Some of them may handle data outside the EU, and when they do, they rely on the safeguards EU law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy to take somewhere else, object to how we use it, and withdraw any consent you gave, such as for the newsletter, at any time.
