Social media management · English & Bulgarian

# Social media changed. Now interests decide, not followers.

Wonder Works manages social media for SMEs and founder-led businesses the way the platforms actually work in 2026, not the way they worked in 2021. Content built to be sent from one person to another, raw founder-led video over polished graphics, and value over sales. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile, in English and Bulgarian. Part of Marketing, alongside your website and Google, scoped to your business before we start.

- 1,520,844 Facebook views for one client, March to September 2026
- 89% organic
- EN / BG

## Why does nobody see your posts any more?

Because the platforms changed eras, and your posts may still be made for the old one. Until about 2021, your posts went to your followers, growing followers WAS the strategy. Then the interest graph arrived: platforms started showing people what they're interested in, not who they follow, which is why people now call it [interest media](https://www.ntu.edu.sg/business/news-events/news/story-detail/the-end-of-social-media--why-brands-must-now-compete-in-the-age-of-interest-media) rather than social media. And how far a post travels now depends most on whether people send it to each other. Instagram's head, Adam Mosseri, said in January 2025 that sends, people sharing your post in a private message, weigh most when a post reaches people who don't follow you. Content isn't posted at an audience any more; it's ammunition for private conversations. Every single post starts again from zero.

## The new rules (yes, we're giving them away)

This is how we run every account. We publish it because value-not-sales isn't a slogan, and because knowing the rules and executing them daily are different things.

1. The audition

2. The send is everything

3. The send test

4. The five reasons people share

5. Two engines, always

6. Raw beats produced

### The audition

Every post is shown to a small group first, and viewers decide in a moment whether to stay. Win the audition and the platform pushes you to a bigger, colder audience. Lose and it's over. Reach is earned per post, never owned.

### The send is everything

Instagram names watch time, likes and sends as its three most important signals, and sends count for more when a post is reaching people who don't follow you yet. The unit of growth isn't the follow or the like, it's one person sending your post to another.

### The send test

Before we approve any post, we answer one sentence: who specifically sends this, to whom, and what do they say when they send it? Can't answer it? The post doesn't go out.

### The five reasons people share

Every post maps to at least one: the Gift (this helps you), the Mirror (this is so us), the Idea (look at this thinking), the Gossip (have you seen this?), the Mood (this is how I feel). No motivation, no send, no reach.

### Two engines, always

Acquisition content that reaches strangers, and retention content (Stories, DMs, broadcast channels) that deepens the relationship with people who already know you. Accounts running only one engine stall.

### Raw beats produced

Designed graphics rarely get sent on. Real people, real footage, real opinions. The algorithms can tell. So can humans.

###

Meta, the sharing engine

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, run on our own Meta playbook: audition mechanics, send-first content, boost-the-winner paid support. This is where Kato Edno Vreme passed a million organic views.

###

TikTok, the discovery engine

Still the most meritocratic platform: TikTok says follower count is not a direct factor in what it recommends, so a brand-new account can reach far beyond its followers if the first seconds earn it. Whether people watch to the end is one of the strongest signals it reads.

###

LinkedIn, the founder engine

On LinkedIn, people follow people. Specific lessons and real opinions from a real person are what get read, so we build around your own profile rather than a company page. That's you; we make it easy.

###

Google Business Profile, the local trust engine

For local searches your profile usually shows up before your website does, in the map results. Google says accurate hours and details, replies to reviews and fresh photos all help, and that more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking. We keep yours alive.

## Questions

### Do I have to be on camera?

We'll push you, honestly, faces beat logos everywhere, LinkedIn rewards humans, and in the accounts we run, the raw, human posts are the ones that travel furthest. We coach you until it feels normal (with the owners we've coached, two sessions is usually enough). But if you genuinely won't, we build around it: your team, your hands, your process, your voice. There's always an angle. What we won't do is pretend a logo posting stock graphics is a strategy.

Featured case study · 2026

### A bakery Sofia had never heard of. One million organic views later.

Kato Edno Vreme (Като Едно Време) didn't exist online in February 2026. Brand, socials and launch built from zero, run by these exact rules: raw video with real people on camera, nostalgia people wanted to send each other, moments engineered to be news. Between March and September 2026 its Facebook page was seen 1,520,844 times, and 1,358,830 of those views were organic. Earlier, at the 927,000-view mark, the page had 3,372 followers: 275 views per follower, proof that content quality beats follower counts.

### Why is our reach down even though we post every day?

Reach on social media is earned per post now, not owned. Frequency without send-worthy content is just noise, and one post people send beats seven posts people scroll past.

### Do followers still matter?

Followers still matter as an audience for your retention engine, but less as distribution. TikTok says follower count is not a direct factor in its recommendations, and Wonder Works' best result came from Kato Edno Vreme, a bakery page with 3,372 followers when it passed 927,000 views.

### How often will you post for us?

Wonder Works typically posts 3 to 5 feed posts a week plus daily Stories, tuned to your business. Volume never comes before the send test: if a post has no reason to be sent, it doesn't go out.

### Do you create content in Bulgarian?

Natively, yes, written in Bulgarian from the start, not translated. English and Bulgarian are both first languages at Wonder Works.

### What does social media management cost?

Social media management at Wonder Works is part of Marketing, €1,500 a month at most, all in, together with your website, Google Business Profile, SEO and AI search, and paid ads on request. We don't sell it on its own, because social media is one channel, not the whole route to a sale. You know the exact scope and price before we start, and it stays what we agreed.

### Can I book social media management on its own?

No. Social media works best as one channel among several. In [BrightLocal's July 2026 survey](https://www.brightlocal.com/research/consumer-search-behavior-channels/) of 1,227 US consumers, 52% started their last search for a local business on Google, 71% used Google at some point, 30% used social media, and 75% used more than one channel. So we run your social media inside Marketing, where every post can lead people to a website and a Google profile that turn interest into enquiries.
