What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. The work itself is delivered under an individual written agreement with each client, which sets the scope, the price and the deliverables. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, your agreement wins.

Partnerships and invoicing

Monthly partnerships are invoiced monthly. There are no long lock ins, exactly as stated across the site. Every partnership is scoped and agreed before we start, and the price stays what we said it would be.

Ownership

The content on this site, the writing, the design, the guide and the code, belongs to Wonder Works Design. Ownership of client work is set out in the individual agreement for that work.

The guide and the articles

Everything we publish in The Guide and Worth Knowing is information, not professional advice. Platforms change, markets differ, and your situation is your own. Take it as a starting point and check it against your own numbers.

Liability

We stand behind the work we are contracted to do. Beyond that, our liability for use of this site is limited to the extent Bulgarian law allows.

Governing law

Bulgarian law governs these terms and any dispute arising from them.
