Routes to market · included in every partnership

Where else could your business be selling?

Routes to Market is part of every Wonder Works partnership. We look beyond marketing and social media for your next revenue stream: B2B campaigns, partnerships and collaborations, marketplaces like Amazon, eMAG and Glovo, your own online store, wholesale and corporate accounts. Most businesses sell through one door. We go looking for the others.

The single door problem

Why does one sales channel feel so fragile?

Because it is. If everything comes through the counter, the algorithm, or one big client, your business has a single point of failure, and you feel it every quiet Tuesday. New routes to market do two things at once: they add revenue, and they make the revenue you already have safer. This is the part of marketing nobody posts about, because it isn't content, it's commerce.

The map

Five routes we look for.

  1. ROUTE 01 · B2B & CORPORATE

    Offices, hotels, events, other businesses.

Structured outreach and email campaigns that open doors, like the corporate and wholesale channels we built for a Sofia bakery that started with none.

  2. ROUTE 02 · PARTNERSHIPS & COLLABS

Other brands already have your customers' trust.

The right collaboration borrows it honestly, co-products, cross-promotions, venues, events.

  3. ROUTE 03 · MARKETPLACES

Amazon, eMAG, Etsy, Glovo, shelves that already have footfall.

We assess which ones fit your margins, set up the listings properly, and get you live.

  4. ROUTE 04 · YOUR OWN STORE

An online store you own outright.

Headless Shopify, built by us, no marketplace fees, your customer data staying yours.

  5. ROUTE 05 · WHOLESALE

Your product in other people's businesses.

Priced properly so the volume is worth having. (This is where the GP thinking from Business Support earns its keep.)

How we work them

Do you run these routes, or just point at them?

Depends on the route, and we'll tell you which before we start. Campaigns, listings and stores, we build and run them. Partnerships and wholesale relationships, we find them, open the door, build the materials and pricing, and hand you a working relationship, because nobody should outsource a handshake. Either way, you're never given a strategy document and wished good luck.

Proof

We've done this before. Recently.

Пекарна „Като Едно Време" (Sofia)

A bakery selling only over the counter. We opened B2B channels to offices, wholesalers and hotels, and launched Glovo delivery, the announcement reel alone did 230K views. New revenue routes, from zero.

A decade of unlocking channels

Colin spent a decade doing exactly this inside global hospitality groups: concepts built to attract non-guests, new revenue streams unlocked across Generator's 11 properties and Mad Monkey's 25+. Finding the next route is the oldest muscle we have.

Why bundled

Why is this partnership-only?

Same reason as Business Support: context. Choosing the right route needs your margins, your capacity, your brand and your ambitions, things we know because we already work with you. A route that doubles a bakery's revenue would sink a jeweller. We don't guess; we know your business first.

Straight answers

The things people ask us first.

What does “routes to market” actually mean?

Every path between your product and someone paying for it. Most businesses use one or two, the shop, the socials. We look for the rest: B2B, partnerships, marketplaces, online stores, wholesale, and open the ones your numbers support.

Do you actually run the campaigns and stores?

The ones that should be run by us, yes, outreach campaigns, marketplace listings, online stores. Relationships, partnerships, wholesale accounts, we open and build with you, because those need your face, not ours.

Can I buy this without a partnership?

No. Picking routes without knowing your margins and capacity is guessing, and you can get guessing for free elsewhere. It's included in every partnership because that's where it works.

Which marketplaces do you work with?

Whichever fit your product and margins, Amazon, eMAG, Etsy, Glovo and others. Fit first: a marketplace that takes 30% of a thin margin isn't a route, it's a leak.

How do you decide which route to try first?

Numbers, then effort. We model the margin each route leaves you, weigh the work it takes to open, and start with the best ratio. It's the same GP thinking we bring to everything.
