We are Wonder Works Design, based in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. This page covers what we collect and why, in plain English.

Enquiries

If you email us or use the contact page, we keep the email so we can reply. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or add it to a newsletter without asking.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see roughly how many people visit which pages. It is aggregate, not personal profiling. You can block it with any standard ad blocker.

Wonder (the chat assistant)

Wonder is an AI assistant. It answers using facts stored in our own knowledge base. Conversations are stored for 30 days for context and quality, then automatically deleted. Messages are processed by Lovable Cloud (our hosting) and by the model provider that powers Wonder. Do not share card numbers or sensitive data in the chat. We redact anything that looks like a card number before storing it.

Rights

Under GDPR you can ask us what we hold, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Email colin@wonderworksdesign.net.
