We run your marketing. We run your numbers.
One partnership for independent restaurants, bars and hospitality groups in the US and UK. From €2,000 a month.
The offer, in short
The F&B Partnership is a monthly service from Wonder Works Design combining a full marketing department with F&B operations management. It covers social media, websites built for AI search, menu engineering and design, video and image strategy, branding, P&L management, cost control, procurement, POS setup, stock management, SOPs, staff training and delivery platform margins. Remote, for independent restaurants and bars in the US and UK. From €2,000 a month.
What this is
A full marketing department and an F&B operations director in one monthly partnership.
You can hire a fractional COO. You can hire a restaurant marketing agency. Nobody offers both in one place. This is the only place you'll find it.
Why now
Finding customers changed more in the last 18 months than in the ten years before.
83% of restaurant locations are invisible in AI-generated recommendations. Around 70% of searches now end without a click on any website. A third of consumers start their search on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube instead of Google. Over half of Gen Z do. Follower counts no longer decide reach; every post earns its own audience. AI search reads your menu dish by dish and decides whether to recommend you.
What worked a year ago can now be quietly costing you. We work to the 2026 rules because we track them every day. It's part of the job.
The marketing side
- Social media. Strategy and daily management built for how the algorithms now work. Content that earns reach on interest, not follower count. Trust-first, tied to how people actually choose where to eat and drink. Our organic-only work has grown a client's following 9x with zero ad spend.
- Your website and AI search. Custom-coded sites, no WordPress, no templates. Built for Google's new era: SEO, GEO, AEO, E-E-A-T. You appear in AI answers, not just search results. This site is built the same way; ask ChatGPT about Wonder Works. Web Design.
- Menus. The one asset that's both marketing and ops. We engineer them for margin and design them for the table, the website and the delivery apps, structured so AI search can read every dish.
- Video and images. Strategy, scripts and shot lists so you can film everything on a phone. You shoot, we edit. Campaign creative, promo videos and product imagery, produced remotely.
- Branding. Identity, guidelines and rollout. Consistent everywhere your business shows up.
- And the rest. Graphic design for the day-to-day. Outbound sales when you want opportunities brought to you. Business support behind the scenes.
The ops side
- P&L management. Monthly reviews, forecasting, budgets. A number cadence so you always know where you stand. The same discipline used across a $7M multi-country operation.
- Cost control. Food, beverage, labour. At Mad Monkey this work took 10% off F&B costs across 25+ properties.
- Menu engineering. What earns its place, what's priced wrong, what needs to go. Engineering first, then design. Same team.
- Procurement. Supplier sourcing and contract negotiation. Country-level procurement was part of the Selina Ecuador role; the method scales down to a single site.
- POS and systems. Selection, setup and reporting. Includes a global POS rollout across six countries with six different regulatory regimes.
- Stock management. Counting routines, waste tracking, ordering discipline.
- SOPs and standards. Written, trained and maintained. Service, kitchen, compliance. HACCP systems included.
- People. Hiring, onboarding, service training, and the structures that make staff stay. The hardest problem in hospitality.
- Labour and rota. Scheduling built around productivity, not habit.
- Delivery platforms. Menu, pricing and margin structure on the aggregators, so delivery adds profit instead of leaking it.
- Openings and rebrands. Four openings and two rebrands at Mad Monkey. Amsterdam, Rome and Stockholm openings for Generator. If you're launching or relaunching, this is covered.

Questions
What does the F&B Partnership include?
Everything in Wonder Works' marketing partnership: social media, web design built for AI search, menu design, video and image strategy, branding, graphic design, outbound sales and business support. Plus F&B operations: P&L management, cost control, menu engineering, procurement, POS setup, stock management, SOPs, staff training, labour optimisation and delivery platform margins.
How much does it cost?
From €2,000 a month. The final figure depends on scope and number of sites. The price is what it is because we're based in Bulgaria with low overheads, working remotely for the US and UK.
How does it work remotely?
Scheduled video calls, shared reporting, and direct access to your POS and stock data. For content, we send strategy, scripts and shot lists; you film on a phone and we edit and publish. Ops runs on your numbers: P&L reviews, forecasts and cost tracking do not require someone standing in your kitchen.
Who is it for?
Independent restaurants, bars, cafés and small hospitality groups in the US and UK. Single sites and small groups.
Who does the work?
Colin Rooney runs the ops side and the commercial strategy. Neli Rooney leads design and creative. The work stays with the founders.
Does this replace my managers?
No. It supports the owner and the team you have. SOPs, training and reporting make your existing people more effective.
What happens after I leave my email?
Colin sends you a document covering what we do, how the partnership works and what it costs. You take it from there.
